Catholic School Council

The St. John Bosco Catholic School Council is an advisory group made up of parents and staff. The council is a vital part of our school community. The purpose of a Catholic School Council, through the active participation of parents, is to improve pupil achievement and to enhance the accountability of the education process to parents.

Our Catholic School Council provides advice and support to the principal, and where appropriate, to senior administrative staff and the Board of Trustees on education matters. The advice should reflect the views of the school community.

Meeting Dates

Our Catholic School Council meetings are held in the school library at 6:30 p.m.  All parents are welcome to attend the Council meetings. Agenda items may be forwarded to our Chair one week prior to the meeting date.  The meeting dates for the current school year are:
